Cracker Barrel Serves Southern Fried Chicken

The way to lose your liberty is to do nothing when it is endangered. Societal freedoms are not guaranteed but require active participation and vigilance to maintain. Freedoms and rights of whites in the United States are under attack by a sizeable minority of blacks, and whites are doing little or nothing to counter these attacks. Inaction, or apathy towards these liberties, can lead to their gradual erosion or outright loss.

How much longer are white Americans going to listen to the racial bigotry of the likes of Joy Reid and Jasmaine Crockett before they stand up and say, “Enough is enough”? Their latest rants on television condemn all white Americans as mediocre and racist. How much longer do we keep silent before we stand tall and speak openly about what we all know to be true? America has long paid its dues for the horrible institution of slavery. It should have been relegated to the dustbin of history but is used as a crutch by some blacks who wish to blame everyone but themselves for their failures. They won’t let go because if they do, they will have to take responsibility for their own shortcomings.

How much longer will white folks be forced to fear for their safety, and even their lives because they dare to walk on the streets of our cities? Eighty percent of interracial assaults involve black criminals on white victims. How much longer before whites retaliate? Instead of living in fear, white Americans will justifiably begin arming themselves against these ever-increasing vicious attacks. Unless the attitudes of black leaders and influencers such as Jasmaine Crockett and Joy Reid change, I foresee an uncomfortable and unfortunate future for race relations, eventually regressing to open hostilities. America was not founded and defended for 250 years by white cowards, and we cannot afford to act cowardly in the face of these threats to our integrity, well-being, and safety.

Unlike Crockett and Reid, I do not accuse an entire race. I do not classify all Black Americans as bigots. Many effective, fair-minded Black public officials, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and ordinary citizens do not share or endorse the hatred for whites expressed by people like Jasmaine and Joy. Throughout my long life, I have had the privilege of working with many Black Americans, including shipmates, dear friends, employees, and business partners. Many of them have overcome prejudice and bias to succeed in their own ways. They have witnessed positive changes in America that have improved their lives and created opportunities for all citizens, regardless of race, creed, or color. Unfortunately, the Crocketts and Reids of this country work to undo the progress made in race relations.

It is troubling and puzzling that Crockett and Reid would bring up the issue of white mediocrity, which, I admit, applies to many aspects of American society across all races. Our younger generations are completely unaware of our history, our government, and the sacrifices made by so many since our founding. We have been dumbed down as a nation by a failed education system and by the consumption of demeaning forms of music, entertainment, and social media. Much of this decline has happened because educational standards have been lowered to accommodate blacks, who tend to score lower than whites and other races. College and military academy admission standards have also been relaxed, with special considerations given to allow blacks to qualify. And Crockett and Reid are talking about white mediocrity?

In two centuries, white Americans built the greatest nation ever seen on this earth, and we continue to prosper today. In Africa, the only countries that ever rose to prominence were those occupied by European whites. Since returning to black control, those countries have struggled. In Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, white farmers were killed and their land given to blacks. In a few short years, the Zimbabwean economy collapsed. South Africa, the most advanced nation on the African continent, is now in turmoil since blacks took control. Most other African nations are stuck in poor economic and social conditions. Those African citizens are not lucky enough to live in this great nation like the descendants of slaves in America. Many American cities under Black control are failing, with corruption and crime running high. And Crockett and Reid spout four-letter filth while talking of white mediocrity.

Let’s give blacks their due. They are magnificent athletes; they are born stronger and bigger; they are resolute in their pursuit of prowess; they deserve their success. There are many fantastic black singers and musicians. And, although not mentioned by Joy Reid, there are many black educators, economists, scientists, writers, actors, entrepreneurs, and patriots who have succeeded and prospered in their chosen fields. As a white American, I applaud them; I am not awed or threatened by them.

We all will do well to accept each other with our strengths, successes, and failures.  The hateful attitude now prevalent among the black bigots must not be allowed to damage the success we have made in arriving at the state of liberty in this nation, where all citizens are created equal.

According to Crockett and Reid, whites should not have the right to eat at any Mexican or Chinese restaurant. I doubt that the proprietors of such restaurants would concur, since most of their business is derived from whites. Reid suggests that it would be more appropriate for whites to eat at Cracker Barrel. She should visit one. If she did, she might see many of the same blacks eating there that I frequently see. And Joy, my dear black bigot, they serve southern fried chicken at Cracker Barrel. I doubt that you are so far above your raisings that you wouldn’t enjoy a fat drumstick.

Good assessment. I’m not sure motives of Reid, Crockett, and their ilk:
    1. Verbalize feelings of ill will toward those of different background and ethnicity.
    2. Express criticism and hate of others due to self loathing.
    3. Express criticism and hate of others because those others have worked, persisted, and achieved without special dispensations.
    4. Openly expressing envy of hard working achievers.
    5. Can’t let go of the past – holding to taught resentment.
    6. A show of criticism and hate to garner attention, support, and sometimes votes.
    7. To fit the mold – behavior expected by the racist extortionists.

I agree 100percent, so sick of the lame racists comments.
Just heard Charlie Kirk talking and he’s great. Very quick on his feet.
    Need more like him.
