There was a time when I had great respect for Dick Cheney and his daughter Liz. Dick was an excellent Secretary of Defense under President George H. W. Bush and was a stalwart as vice president to George. His daughter, Liz, was a very conservative Congresswoman until she joined with Nancy Pelosi and gang to impeach Donald Trump. Now Dick and Liz are turncoats, apostates, having turned their backs on the republicans and the United States of America, declaring they will support the empty-headed, no-nothing, Kamala who holds her current position as Vice President and her nomination as the democrat candidate for president solely because she is half black. She certainly has no other qualifications and is an embarrassment to this nation, even more so than pathetic Joe Biden. While I am on this theme, allow me to throw in former president George Bush who did not vote for Trump in 2016 and 2020, and refuses to endorse him this time. I surmise he is still fuming because in 2016, Trump spoiled the anticipated rightful inheritance of baby brother, Jeb, to the republican nomination for the presidency.
There is no excuse for Liz Cheney to act like Hillary Clinton and abandon her long-professed conservative positions. And I might give George Bush the benefit of the doubt because love for his little brother has clouded his mediocre brain. But I am confident I can pin-point the problems with former Vice President Dick Cheney. At age 83, he is probably senile and easily led by his domineering daughter, Liz. And don’t forget that he had a heart transplant in 2012. He must have also had a brain transplant, maybe that of Maxine Waters, while he was under sedation. There is no other explanation for his backing Kamala Harris.

All true, Travis. I don’t give Dubya Bush any kind of pass. If his little brother couldn’t cut the mustard in the primary that year, and if Dubya is truly a patriot, he would do what’s best for our country and support the Republican candidate (Trump) who can best lead America. Dubya surely knows the Democrat candidate is a collectivist and likely a communist.
