Many of my acquaintances are shaking their heads, wondering why Hunter Biden changed his plea to guilty of intentionally not paying more than a million dollars in taxes. Like me they are of the well-founded belief that Papa Biden will pardon his errant son, or if, God forbid, Kamala Harris is elected, she will pardon the little fellow. While I am of this same opinion, there are other, more substantial, reasons why Hunter fessed up.
No doubt the plea was orchestrated from the Whitehouse cabal without any sense of altruism or sacrifice. The fifty-four-year-old Biden claimed that he pled guilty to sixteen counts of intentionally failing to pay $1.4 Million in taxes between 2016 and 2019 to save his family from further public humiliation. That may be a peripheral reason for his plea, but not entirely. Just think about what me may have learned about the Biden influence peddling syndicate and all the money that was laundered- going into bank accounts of the Big Guy, Uncle Jim, Doctor Jill, sister Ashley, sister-in-law and lover, Hallie Biden, and numerous other Biden family members if he had gone to trial. Twenty-five million dollars was deposited into the bank accounts of these people. None of this money was declared as income, and no taxes were paid. By my reckoning, others in the Biden family circle should be pleading “guilty” and paying a minimum of $8M more in taxes on their ill-gotten gains.
It would have been revealing to have Hunter explain. In court, where all the money came from and to whom it was distributed. All of them, including the senile old president, are as guilty of tax avoidance as is Hunter. That is why he did not want to go to trial. He is not a sacrificial lamb for the most corrupt presidential family in our history. He is a stalking horse for the family and will be pardoned and viewed as a hero by all the Bidens.
